Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (Terms) apply to the use of HuntForge at huntforge.martinellisoftware.com, the associated application and browser extension. The provider is Martinelli Software Studio, Solarstrasse 25, 8404 Winterthur, Switzerland (“we”). By using HuntForge you accept these Terms.

HuntForge is independent tracking and statistics software for bonus hunts. HuntForge does not offer gambling, does not accept stakes and does not pay out winnings. Game data is recorded by you for analysis and documentation purposes. The slot database (e.g. RTP, provider) is for information only; we do not warrant its completeness or accuracy and give no guarantee of winnings whatsoever. HuntForge has no business relationship with the game developers or casino operators named.

To use the service you receive a personal Hunt-Key that identifies your access. Keep it confidential; you are responsible for activity under your Hunt-Key. Access is intended for your own use and may not be shared or made available to multiple people. Please notify us if you suspect misuse.

HuntForge offers a free 7-day trial (no credit card) as well as the paid PRO subscription at CHF 9.90 per month or CHF 83.16 per year (regular CHF 118.80, with a 30% discount). Prices are in Swiss francs. The subscription is billed via Payrexx and starts upon payment.

The subscription renews automatically for the chosen term (monthly or yearly) until you cancel. You can cancel at any time via the cancellation link contained in your Payrexx payment confirmation. After cancellation, access remains until the end of the period already paid for; amounts already paid for the current period are not refunded pro rata, subject to mandatory rights.

For consumers in the EU/EEA, a 14-day right of withdrawal may apply. For an ongoing subscription (a continuous digital service), this right does not lapse automatically simply because you begin using the service. If you expressly request that performance begin during the withdrawal period and confirm that you lose your right of withdrawal upon full performance of the contract, the right lapses only once the service has been fully performed. Otherwise, you may withdraw within 14 days; if you requested an early start, we may charge a proportionate amount for the service already provided up to your withdrawal. In Switzerland, there is generally no general statutory right of withdrawal or return for online/distance purchases. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

If you take part in the partner programme, you receive a recurring commission (currently 20%) on subscriptions actually paid through your referral link. You must not promote HuntForge in a misleading or unfair manner or in breach of advertising and gambling regulations. Commissions may lapse in the event of refunds, cancellations or abuse. We may adjust the terms or end participation; details are set out in the partner overview.

You agree to use HuntForge only lawfully and within its intended scope. In particular, the following are prohibited: automated extraction (scraping) or overloading the service, circumventing security or access mechanisms, sharing your access, and any use that violates applicable law. In the event of breaches we may suspend or terminate access.

Use is permitted exclusively to persons aged 18 and over. By using the service you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. You are yourself responsible for using only offerings that are legally permitted at your place of residence.

HuntForge, the associated software, the slot database and all brand and design elements are and remain our property or that of the respective rights holders. The hunt data you record belongs to you; you grant us the right to process it solely to operate the service (e.g. storage and cloud synchronisation). Third-party marks mentioned (games, providers) serve descriptive purposes only.

We strive for reliable operation but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability; maintenance, disruptions or changes are possible. The service is provided “as is”. In particular, we do not warrant the accuracy of the slot data and give no guarantee of winnings.

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. Otherwise, to the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to typical, foreseeable damage. We accept no liability for losses arising from your own gaming decisions; HuntForge is an analysis tool and not gambling or investment advice. Mandatory statutory liability rules remain unaffected.

We may amend these Terms and the scope of the service; the version published on this page applies, and we will give reasonable notice of material changes. Swiss law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The place of jurisdiction is, to the extent permitted, Winterthur (Switzerland). Mandatory consumer-protection provisions of your country of residence remain unaffected.
